Salads for Detoxification and Gut Health

There are so many ways to get creative with fresh vegetables in the kitchen.  Here, you’ll find everything you need to make detoxifying and healing salads.  From healthy versions of the classics like this Rainbow Salad with Green Goddess Dressing to unique ones like Zucchini Carpaccio Not to mention some awesome dressings! 

To best support your body's detoxification and digestion, I recommend starting your lunch and dinner with a salad.  Raw vegetables act like a broom, sweeping the walls of the intestine clean.  Vegetable roughage also widens the intestinal tract to help make way for heavier foods like starches and proteins!
