Preheat Oven to 450 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine warm water, yeast and agave. Stir to combine and allow it to sit for five minutes or until the mixture starts to foam. This means the yeast have activated.
Add the flour, egg, and salt. Stir to combine. Once a dough has formed turn it out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Add more flour as needed to prevent sticking.
Roll the dough out onto a parchment paper, pizza stone or baking sheet.

Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. Spread a thin layer of sauce onto the roll. Followed by cheese. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
