Instructions
Prepare the Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Emulsify the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper in a
high speed blender
until the dressing is perfectly creamy
Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl add the spinach, cucumber, goat cheese, strawberries and dill. Drizzle with the balsamic dressing and toss.
