  • 1/4 C Raw Almonds chopped
  • 1/4 C Sun Dried Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 C Mint chiffonade or chopped
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 Clove Garlic chopped


  • You can chop all of these ingredients by hand or simply combine them in a food processor until they are crumb size pieces and evenly combined. Why make life harder just use the food processor :)
