Grain-Free Bread Loaf

This grain-free loaf is a great replacement for traditional breads for those avoiding gluten. Equipment needed: bowl, whisk, spoon, spatula, oven

  • 1 C Smooth and Unsalted Almond Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • Optional For Flavoring
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract


  • Pre-heat oven to 375
  • Whisk 4 eggs until fluffy
  • Then add the nut butter and whisk until combined
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Bake i for 40 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean
