- 2 head1 Cauliflower leaves and stems trimmed
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Peruvian Spice Blend see post for substitution
- 1 Lemon juiced
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Create the cauliflower steaks by slicing the cauliflower down through the middle repeatedly and Cut 1 inch thick pieces. Set aside on a greased and foil lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season generously with spices and lemon juice. Using a dough scraper carefully flip the steaks and season the other side. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket and allow the cauliflower to cook for twenty minutes.
