2 Ingredient Air Fryer Sweet Potato Toast (Gluten Free)

Take a whole sweet potato and clean it. You can peel it if you like but it's not necessary. Slice the sweet potato to make (toast) by turning it onto its side and using a knife to slice pieces that are 1/2 of an inch thick. Depending on the size of the sweet potato, you should be able to get 4 slices.
Brush both sides of the sweet potato slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the sweet potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 18 minutes, or until the sweet potato slices are tender and lightly browned. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
