This copycat Buffalo Wild Wings potato wedge recipe is everything you love about the original only healthier. These fries are so good you'll eat them right off the baking sheet while they're still too hot! Best part is that they're easy to make and gluten free.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the potato wedges into a bowl of water. Allow to sit for one hour. Then drain the water and pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
In a dry mixing bowl combine the potatoes, (optional parmesan cheese) spices and olive oil. Toss with your fingers until each wedge is evenly coated.
Arrange the potato wedges on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake on the top rack until they're golden brown rotating every 10 minutes. Cook the potato wedges for about 20-25 minutes.
