- 1/4 C Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 4 Stalks of celery medium
- 1/2 C Water
- 1/4 C Lemon Juice 1-2 lemons
- 1/4 C Nama Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 2 T Mellow White Miso Paste
- 4 Dates pitted
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and emulsify until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container

This dressing will last for 10 days in the fridge
Freeze the dressing in ice cube trays for perfect portions for meal prep. You can freeze Ceasar dressing for 6 months
