Vanilla bean Cado ice cream is my second favorite flavor choice next to the deep chocolate because it also has a very simple and clean list of ingredients. It’s also the only ingredient without avocado puree. It’s first ingredient is water. The first ingredient listed on a nutritional label is always the ingredient that makes up the largest percentage of the recipe. The texture is icy and not as creamy as their other flavors.
