Last week I taught a cooking class for Sotheby’s International Realty. I was excited to share my knowledge with the local community via zoom. Since we cannot see each other in person due to social distancing. The COVID-19 Pandemic has really changed our lives.
What you Will Learn
In this live zoom vegan cooking class I taught viewers how to make a healthy taco recipe. I choose to teach how to make sweet potato and black bean tacos. I also went over the basics of pickling vegetables and shared my recipe for quick pickled green onions. Third but last I incorporated one of my favorite salsa recipes, salsa verde.
Along with cooking technique I went over knife skills and nutrition tips. Specifically how to incorporate produce into your diet during social distancing. Even though we are all shopping for groceries less often. I hope you enjoy the replay of this vegan cooking class!
You Don’t Have to Be Vegan
I’ll show you how to incorporate animal protein into this healthy taco recipe. The tomatillo salsa and pickled green onions make great additions to burgers, salmon and chicken.
