  • 1 tsp Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 C Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Basil

How to Make Greek Butter

  • 2 hours ahead remove butter from the fridge and leave at room temperature to soften or soften in the microwave.
  • Juice one orange or use store bought orange juice.
  • Stir the orange juice, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and basil into the butter until it’s evenly combined.
  • Pour the compound butter onto a piece of plastic wrap. Roll the butter in the plastic to form a log. Place the plastic wrapped butter in the fridge and allow it to harden. Once the butter is hard. Remove it from the plastic and enjoy.
